What's the difference between the BedJet 3 and the BedJet V2?

There are three main differences between the new, redesigned BedJet 3 and our BedJet V2:

  • The BedJet 3 is 30% smaller! Same powerful cooling/warming performance as the BedJet V2, now in a much sleeker, low-profile design. The BedJet 3 will fit underneath beds with 6” clearance, the BedJet V2 requires 7”.
  • The BedJet 3 comes with the world’s most advanced color screen remote control for a bedding/sleep tech product! BedJet’s most advanced features—including the biorhythm sleep cycles—can now be programmed via the new remote. No smartphone needed!
  • The BedJet 3 comes with a WiFi chip enabled for access to firmware updates.

Head over to our BedJet 3 product page and scroll down to see more comparisons between the BedJet 3 and the BedJet V2.

Is a Cloud Sheet required, or can I use my own sheets?

Although not required, the Cloud Sheet gives you much more even air distribution in the bed than using the BedJet with your own sheets. While many users are happy using their BedJet to just flow air through their regular sheets, approximately 70% of BedJet owners use a Cloud Sheet. Plus, you know that cool crisp feeling you get for the first 30 seconds you get into bed of the sheets against your skin? Only the Cloud Sheet can give you that feeling ALL NIGHT! The Cloud Sheet is also a required part of any Dual Zone setup to enable separation of the two halves of the bed into independent cooling/heating zones — One Cloud Sheet is included with all Dual Zone System purchases.

How does the BedJet work?

The BedJet  is a forced-air cooling, heating, and climate control system designed just for your bed at home. BedJet technology utilizes a gentle flow of air blown directly into your bedding to provide rapid cooling and heating comfort. The BedJet attaches as an accessory device to any size bed with any type mattress, and works with your existing bedding. The BedJet base unit is intended to be installed underneath the bed or at the foot of the bed. BedJet cools and heats your bed while keeping all electricity safely out of your bed where it belongs. Convenient bedside controls include a RF remote control and a Bluetooth-connected smartphone app for Android and Apple iOS.

How much noise does the BedJet make?

The BedJet Climate Control System has patented acoustic damping technology built into the base unit and is one of the quietest sources of air delivered of any consumer appliance. The BedJet is far quieter than any bedroom window fan or air conditioner when used on typical settings of low and medium (measured at 38dB to 39dB). The noise is a very soothing background white noise and similar to your household HVAC register. Our high and Turbo bed warming settings are extremely powerful and do generate more noticeable noise than this, but Turbo-heat mode is limited to running for maximum of 10 minutes. Turbo-heat is just too powerful for all night sleeping but it feels great when you get in — no other product can warm the bed by 30 degrees in five minutes like the BedJet!

When installed in its natural home under the bed, the following are dB sound measurements take from the pillow:

• Measured Ambient Room Noise (BedJet off): 37dB
• BedJet Cool, 50% (most typical highest setting for all night cooling): 38dB
• BedJet Cool, 100% (unlikely to be used other than short bursts): 42dB
• BedJet Heat, 50%: (most typical highest setting for all night heating): 39dB
• BedJet Heat, 100%: (unlikely to be used other than short bursts): 43dB
• BedJet Burst Heat, 100% (can only be used for 10 minutes before auto-shuttoff): 47dB

What about the infamous "Dutch Oven" — Is BedJet going to make it worse?

We get asked this question all the time, so we just had to include it in our FAQs! Actually, it’s the opposite. Just lift your bedding and the BedJet will circulate out that “situation” very quickly. Plus, the aromatherapy diffuser kit helps too. Add your favorite essential oil scents and freshen your sheets when running the BedJet.

Can my pets sleep on the bed while I'm using the BedJet?

Sure! It’s perfectly safe for your furry friends to enjoy BedJet cooling/warming with you. Just make sure they’re not sleeping near the air delivery nozzle — blocking this area can affect the flow of air from the BedJet.

Does the BedJet require maintenance?

The BedJet is an extremely low maintenance machine. The only regular maintenance that should be done is removing and cleaning the lifetime air filter; check on it every three months, more often if you have pets sleeping next to the BedJet. The BedJet has a lifetime washable air filter located in the air intake grille: for V2 units, press the BedJet logo button on top of the BedJet to release the grille; for BedJet 3 units, simultaneously press the filter icons on each side of the grille in the direction of the arrows to release. Just remove the filter, rinse both sides under the sink, let dry, and replace! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

Is the BedJet durable? How long will it last?

We at the BedJet company are gadget nerds, independent engineers, and inventors who created this product because we loved the idea of it. We are not a big corporate appliance company bent on squeezing the last dollar of cost out of what we make. We tell you this because we are very personally tired of the cheap, flimsy plastic products that are laid onto us by the big appliance companies with no durability and which break in less than a few years or even months. Or the electric blankets that only last two years before you have to throw them away! We refuse to be that kind of company. The BedJet is a highly engineered durable machine using a 20,000 hour direct drive DC Motor, designed to give you many years of worry free operations. Think about that 1960's vacuum cleaner your grandmother used that just kept going and going and going... It's kind of like that.

How long is the power cord?

The BedJet power cord is 6 feet long. We highly recommend plugging the BedJet directly into a wall socket, and using an Air Hose Extension if you need additional length. If you must use a power strip, please ensure it is "appliance-rated" for 15amp/1800w use.

What is the length/diameter of the air hose?

The BedJet's air hose is 4 feet long, and 3.5" in diameter. We do not recommend squeezing the hose through spots tighter than 3.5" as the supporting structure can break.

Between the length of the power cord (6 feet) and the air hose (4 feet), we have found the base setup is workable for most beds. However, if you require more than 4 feet of hose length, consider an Air Hose Extension accessory, which simply snaps on to the end of your existing hose to add another 4 feet -- giving you a total hose length of 8 feet!

Can I finance with a payment plan?

Yes! Monthly payment plans are available through Affirm. Visit our financing page for more information.

What payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, ShopPay, and Google Pay. Monthly payment plans are also available through Affirm.

Is a smartphone required to use the BedJet?

BedJet 3: No, a smartphone or tablet is required only to pair a BedJet 3 to your home WiFi network to allow firmware updates, which is an optional step and can be skipped during initial BedJet setup. The BedJet 3 can function fully right out of the box using only the included BedJet 3 Remote. If you prefer using a smartphone app to control your BedJet 3, download our Android app or our iOS app.

BedJet V2: No, a smart phone is not required to use the BedJet V2; a handheld remote is included which allows use of basic functions. To access more functionality including the Biorhythm Sleep Sequence Technology, the Smartphone App is needed.

What if I have a Full Size bed? I don't see a Full Size Cloud Sheet.

Our Queen size Cloud Sheet is universal to both Queen and Full size beds.

How do I know if the BedJet will fit under my bed?

The BedJet Climate Control System is 6.75" tall for the BedJet V2 and 5.75" for the BedJet 3. This will fit underneath 95% of all standard bed frames that have a space beneath the bed. Measure the distance from the highest point underneath the bed (once you are past the side rails) to the floor. If you've got 7" for the BedJet V2 or 6” for the BedJet 3, you're good! Even if you have lower hanging sideboards to your bed frame, you may still have the space you need under the bed to fit. You will just have to lift of the bed frame, place the BedJet underneath and then lower the bed frame over it (double check that you aren't laying your bed on top of the BedJet!). In these cases of low hanging side boards, you only need 3.5" clearance from the lowest sideboard of the bed to the floor to clear the hose.

If you can't make this work, you can also place the unit on the floor at the foot of your bed. The BedJet 3 can lay flat or on its side.

Will the BedJet work with an adjustable bed?

Absolutely, tens of thousands of our BedJet owners use their BedJets successfully with adjustable beds. However, you may need to locate the BedJet base unit further away from the nozzle. Our air hose can expand and compress for this reason. The flexibility of the air hose enables it to keep the air nozzle in place as the foot of your bed articulates up and down. Study the underside of your adjustable bed frame to find an area with a vertical clearance of 7" for the BedJet V2, or 6" for the BedJet 3. Test fit the BedJet in that location by running through the full articulation range of your bed frame to make sure the BedJet won't get crushed. Keep a sharp eye under the bed when you do this, and remember our 60 day guarantee—if you can't make it work with your bed, we will take it back with free return shipping! Just please, don't squash your BedJet!

What's the difference between a single zone and dual zone system?

The single zone system will heat or cool any size bed and consists of a single BedJet base unit. With single zone units you are generally heating or cooling the whole bed equally. The Dual Zone System is a bundle that consists of two BedJet units and a Dual Zone Cloud Sheet. In this setup, you can have each side of the bed independently heated and cooled by their own BedJet and remote control.

What's the difference between the king and split king dual zone systems?

The BedJet Dual Zone system is available for king size beds and split king beds. To accommodate a regular King Size bed, the BedJet King Size Dual Zone system is comprised of one King Size Dual Zone Cloud Sheet and two BedJet units for each side. The King Size Dual Zone Cloud Sheet is one sheet that covers the entire bed with the two zones stitched into it. Split King beds are typically adjustable beds comprised of two Twin XL mattresses side by side. Since Split King beds often have their own independent bedding on each side, the BedJet Dual Zone Split King system provides two Twin XL sheets and two BedJet units. If you have a Split King bed that you make with shared bedding, than you can go with the BedJet King Size Dual Zone system rather than the Split King.

Can I upgrade a single zone unit to a dual zone later?

Yes, of course! Just purchase a second BedJet unit with a Dual Zone Cloud Sheet, and you and your partner will be enjoying your own perfect sleep temperature on each side of the bed.

Can I cool and heat only half of the bed?

Yes! Just buy one BedJet 3 unit and a soft cozy 100% cotton Dual Zone Cloud Sheet. The central seam within the Dual Zone Cloud Sheet will help keep most of the cooling/heating from a single BedJet to one side of the bed.

Is it safe for the BedJet to be under the bed?

Yes! Unlike electric blankets, the BedJet keeps all the electricity OUT of the bed, where it belongs. The BedJet was designed to be an extension of your bed and has been third party tested to rigid Underwriters Laboratories (UL) electric appliance safety standards. The unit has been designed and tested to the same UL standards that electrified hospital beds are held accountable to! The entire outside housing of the BedJet is made of UL-listed flame proof plastic. We take safety very seriously — the Chief Engineer of the product is a former Aerospace Engineer who once had responsibility for critical flight safety parts on airplanes!

Does the BedJet have an air filter to avoid pulling in dust?

Yes! The BedJet has a lifetime washable air filter located in the air intake grill, and only needs to be rinsed once every 3 months (more often if you have pets).

For V2 units, press the BedJet logo button on top of the BedJet to release the grille. For BedJet 3 units, simultaneously press the filter icons on each side of the grille in the direction of the arrows to release it. Then just remove the filter, wash under the sink, and replace. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

What kind of power requirement does the BedJet have?

In cooling mode, each unit draws up to 50 watts. In ordinary heat modes the unit can range from 150 watts to 1500 watts depending on the setting! The 1500 watt Turbo-heat setting can only run for a maximum of ten minutes, but needs less than five minutes to raise the temperature of your bedding to that toasty warm just out of the dryer feeling — No other product in the world can do that!

If you are concerned about total power on heating, you can use the "Low Power" setting to limit Heat and Turbo modes to maximum 800 watts. This power can be handled on a typical 15A bedroom AC circuit. If you are using a dual zone system with two BedJets, make sure Low Power is always set to ON for each unit. This will limit the power draw so that the two units combined don't exceed the 1500 watt max.

Generally you can operate the unit every night in cooling mode for less than one dollar a month and in heating mode for a few dollars a month.

Will BedJet save me money on utility bills?

Yes! Why heat or cool the whole house at night when all you care about for those 8 hours are the temperature between the sheets? Using the BedJet lets you reduce your whole home heating and cooling thermostat settings at night and still be happy and comfortable in your climate controlled bed. According to the Department of Energy, for every degree you lower the thermostat, you save 4% on your utility bills! We've even had customers tell us their BedJet paid for itself in energy savings within a year.

What kind of EMF emissions does the BedJet produce?

The BedJet unit has been cleared for EMF emissions per requirements of UL/CE by ETL and FCC testing laboratories.

BedJet 3: The BedJet 3 remote connects to the BedJet 3 via a 2.4 GHz RF connection, which is only active while the remote is awake. The BedJet 3 uses a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection to your home network to allow regular downloading of firmware updates. WiFi can be disabled in the BedJet 3 smart remote settings if needed. When using the Smart Remote App on your phone or tablet, the BedJet 3 uses a Bluetooth connection. There is no active Bluetooth connection when your phone is not paired to the BedJet unit.

BedJet V2: The BedJet V2 remote control does not transmit unless a button is pressed. The base unit has no communication to the remote control; it is only a receiver. The phone app has regular Bluetooth communication with the unit when the app is awake/running. There is no active Bluetooth connection when your phone is not paired to the BedJet unit.

BedJet Units

Is WiFi required to use the BedJet 3?

A WiFi connection is not required for use of the BedJet 3. All functions are active on the BedJet out of the box with the included physical smart remote, so WiFi connection can be skipped while performing setup if preferred. A WiFi connection is only necessary if you wish to make your BedJet available for future updates to the operating firmware.

My BedJet 3 Smart Remote is not connecting.

If your BedJet 3 Smart Remote is showing it is not connected to the BedJet 3 and you are unable to connect by following the instructions on the remote, try to restart the BedJet 3 unit by physically unplugging it for a minimum of 30 seconds before plugging it back in, pressing the power button on the BedJet (it will glow orange when the BedJet is on and in standby mode), and then attempting to connect the remote.

Contact BedJet support for assistance if you are unable to connect your remote; we will replace the remote under warranty if needed.

My BedJet 3 remote is not working or the screen is flashing.

If the remote screen is black or is flashing this can indicate a low or dead battery. Make sure to try changing batteries and ensure they are placed into the remote in the correct orientation. If this does not resolve the issue, contact our Customer Support team for additional assistance.

How do I check/what is the current BedJet 3 firmware version?

To check the current firmware version of your BedJet 3 and Smart Remote, follow these steps:

      • Select “Menu”
      • Select “Remote Setup”
      • Select “FIRMW Version”

The current firmware versions are: Main V1.20 (140), and Remote V1.20 (182).

How do I update the firmware on my BedJet 3?

Begin by downloading the BedJet 3 app on your smart phone or tablet. This app allows connection of the BedJet 3 to your home WiFi network to facilitate updates to the BedJet 3’s operating firmware. You can find the app by searching “BedJet 3” on the Google Play or Apple App stores.

Once you download the app to your device follow the steps on the screen to connect the BedJet 3 to your home WiFi network. The BedJet will only connect to 2.4 GHz network, make sure you are not using a 5 GHz connection. Ensure that the phone/tablet you are using is already connected to the WiFi network and the BedJet 3 is powered on. Once you receive the confirmation the BedJet 3 is successfully connected to the WiFi network, pick up the smart remote to update to the newest firmware version by following these steps:

      • Select “Menu”
      • Select “BedJet Setup”
      • Select “Firmware Update”

The remote will take a few moments to download and install the firmware to the unit/remote; you will see a progress bar indicating this. Once completed, the BedJet 3 unit will reboot to complete the update.

My BedJet is not powering on.

BedJet 3:
Ensure that the BedJet is plugged into the wall and the power button on the BedJet unit has been pressed to turn the unit on. The power button is located to the right of the air hose connection, and will light up orange when the unit is in standby mode and ready for operation. If the button is orange but the BedJet will not respond to commands from the remote or app, ensure that the remote or app are paired correctly with the unit you wish to run. If the button does not glow orange after being pressed, or a connection with the remote/app cannot be established, please contact us for further troubleshooting.

BedJet V2:
Make sure that the correct switch is on. The power switch is to the left of the air hose and should be in the “up” position. This is often confused with the Dual Zone mode switch to the right of the hose. If the power switch is in the correct position but the BedJet does not respond to the remote or app, make sure to try your BedJet on a different outlet or circuit. If your BedJet is still not powering on, please contact us for support.

My BedJet is not heating.

This can be caused on normally functioning BedJets by the Thermal Protection Switch being overly sensitive. Try unplugging the BedJet for 10 minutes, then plug it back in, turn it on, and run on Cool mode for at least 2 minutes. If that doesn't work, try the process again but with Heat mode. Make sure to also remove and inspect the air hose and air filter to check for any blockages of air flow. If your BedJet is still not heating, please contact us for support.

My BedJet is not beeping when sent a command from the remote or app.

BedJet 3:
Confirm that your BedJet is not muted by following these steps:

  • Select “Menu”
  • Select “BedJet Setup”
  • Select “Audio & Lights”
  • Select “Audio”
  • If "Audio Off" is selected, change the setting to "Audio On"

BedJet V2:
Try pressing the mute button “speaker icon” on either the remote or bluetooth remote app to turn off mute. Contact us for support if this does not work.

My BedJet is shutting off too quickly.

BedJet 3:
To increase time on the Shut-off Timer, press the + side of the "Time" button on the BedJet 3 Smart Remote or the BedJet 3 App on your phone.

BedJet V2:
The BedJet does have automatic shut off times for each mode (refer to user manual page 19 for shut off times). If you would like to increase the shut off time, either press the “hourglass” icon on the remote or increase the timer on the bluetooth remote app by pressing “Off Timer”.

My BedJet stopped and beeped 5 times.

BedJet 3:
The BedJet 3 "Error" light should also illuminate and an error message will show on the BedJet 3 Smart Remote screen. You can also identify the error within the remote menu:

  • Select “Menu”
  • Select “BedJet Setup”
  • Select “Advanced”
  • Select “Diagnostics”

Contact us with this information for support.

BedJet V2:
The BedJet will beep 5 times to indicate an error is being experienced. This will be given through the power LED light blinking a series of times. Pay close attention to the number of blinks for the exact error code being given. Contact us with this information for support.

My BedJet is not blowing as powerfully as before.

BedJet 3:
Make sure to remove and inspect both the air hose and air filter to check for blockage of the air flow. If running only one BedJet in the room, check to see if your BedJet is set to Low Power mode:

  • Select “Menu”
  • Select “BedJet Setup”
  • Select “Low Power”

If the blue arrow indicator is next to "Low Power ON", switch to "Low Power OFF" and press the center circular button on your remote to confirm. You will see a "SAVED" screen, and your BedJet will now operate in normal (full power) mode.

BedJet V2:
Make sure to remove and inspect both the air hose and air filter to check for blockage of the air flow. If running only one BedJet in the room, check to see if the Dual Zone mode switch was accidentally set to LOW power. If so, switch back to HIGH power; this will lower the power of the BedJet by roughly half.

My BedJet V2 remote is not working.

If the indicator light on the remote is lighting up, try to re-pair the remote to your BedJet. To pair your remote control to your BedJet, make sure the BedJet is powered OFF for 10 seconds. Turn BedJet switch ON while simultaneously pressing and holding down the COOL button on the remote control until the BedJet Power ON indicator lights. BedJet will make 3 fast beeps to indicate successful pairing to remote. Additionally make sure to change the battery if you have no done so and pay close attention to ensure it is in the correct position. If your remote still does not work, please contact us for support.

The green light on my BedJet V2 is bouncing back and forth.

This indicates a firmware update did not complete once started. Go to the settings “gear icon” in the remote app to restart the firmware update. Leave the phone/device on the BedJet until the update is completed.

My mattress is too tall for the adjustable bracket.

Make sure that the installation of the hose is correct — the C-clamp should grip around the fabric portion of the hose, not the plastic cuff at the end of the hose. This is a common installation issue that can short you a few inches of height and give you a less stable setup. If the bracket is still too short, contact us for additional height extension links.

My bedframe is too short to fit the BedJet underneath.

The BedJet can be placed next to the bed if there is not sufficient clearance under your bedframe.

My BedJet is too far from an outlet.

The preferred solution for extending the reach of the BedJet is our Air Hose Extension. Please do not plug your BedJet into an extension cord or power strip unless it is heavy duty and rated for appliance use (15amp/1800w).

I have a platform/sleigh/other non-standard bedframe and the adjustable bracket will not fit.

We have alternate methods of installation for these types of non-standard bed frame types; please contact us for suggestions. If possible, photographs of your bedframe are always helpful for us to figure out the best way to accommodate your setup!

Does the BedJet have an air filter to avoid pulling in dust?

Yes! The BedJet has a lifetime washable air filter located in the air intake grill, and only needs to be rinsed once every 3 months (more often if you have pets).

For BedJet 3 units, simultaneously press the filter icons on each side of the grille in the direction of the arrows to release it. Then just remove the filter, wash under the sink, and replace. For V2 units, press the BedJet logo button on top of the BedJet to release the grille. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

• BedJet Heat, 50%: (most typical highest setting for all night heating): 39dB
• BedJet Heat, 100%: (unlikely to be used other than short bursts): 43dB
BedJet Burst Heat, 100% (can only be used for 10 minutes before auto-shutoff): 47dB

The phone app has regular Bluetooth communication with the unit when the app is awake/running. There is no active Bluetooth connection when your phone is not paired to the BedJet unit.

What happens if the air intake or exhaust gets blocked by sheets?

We designed the product anticipating all sorts of crazy unexpected stuff to happen to it. The BedJet contains a sophisticated microprocessor that is watching out for events like this. Under normal use the unit shouldn't see blockages to the air, but if it does the microprocessor automatically adjusts to keep the output temperatures stable and consistent. The unit will automatically shut down if there is a problem to protect itself.

Where does the air delivery nozzle go?

It lays on a tiny part of the mattress at the foot of your bed. We think the best installation is coming in from the side of the bed near the foot board, but experiment with other locations around the foot of the bed to see what feels best for you.

Cloud Sheet

My Cloud Sheet keeps coming off the air hose.

The most secure method of installing the Cloud Sheet is to pull the elastic opening over and below the C-clamp on the air hose. Once the sheet is pulled down as far as possible, close any loose snaps sewn into the Cloud Sheet opening to secure it in place.

I cannot feel any air flow coming through the Cloud Sheet.

Make sure the Cloud Sheet is installed correctly with the pink tag facing downward toward the mattress. Make sure the Cloud Sheet is not bunching up near the air nozzle blocking the air flow.

How do I wash the Cloud Sheet?

The Cloud Sheet can be machine washed just as you wash your current sheets and bedding. To avoid normal cotton shrinkage, do not dry at high heat settings.

Warranty

What is the Standard BedJet Warranty?

All BedJet orders come with a Comprehensive 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty that begins the day your order is delivered. This covers the BedJet unit itself as well as all parts, Cloud Sheets, and accessories ordered directly through BedJet. We insure you against anything that goes wrong with your machine, whether you break it accidentally or there is a manufacturer's defect. We got you covered!

Note: The standard 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty coverage is not transferable to new owners of used units.

What is the 4-Year Extended Protection Plan from Mulberry?

We've partnered with Mulberry Product Protection Services to offer a 4-Year Extended Protection Plan as an add-on with your BedJet unit or Dual Zone System. This 4-Year Extended Protection Plan increases warranty coverage from 2 years to 4 years (begins on date of delivery). This 4-Year Plan covers your BedJet unit itself, as well as any accessory parts in the box—remote, hose, mattress paddle, C-clamp, height links, etc. Note: The Extended Protection Plan does not cover Cloud Sheets.

If you purchased your BedJet unit from an authorized BedJet retail site within the last 60 days and did not buy an Extended Protection Plan at the time, you are eligible to upgrade if desired. Extended Protection Plans are transferable. Please contact us to confirm eligibility and begin your 4-Year Extended Protection Plan purchase.

Note: Mulberry Extended Protection plans are currently only available to customers in the US and Canada.

What if I break a part?

If your unit is within warranty, we will replace parts at no cost to you (US and Canada only) — whether you break it accidentally or there's a manufacturer defect, we got you covered! For units outside of warranty, we do offer low cost replacement parts with free shipping. In either case, please contact us for assistance.

Does the BedJet require maintenance?

The BedJet is an extremely low maintenance machine. The only regular maintenance that should be done is removing and cleaning the lifetime air filter: check on it every three months, more often if you have pets sleeping next to the BedJet or if your underbed area is prone to dust collection.

For BedJet 3 units, simultaneously press the filter icons on each side of the grille in the direction of the arrows to release it. For V2 units, press the BedJet logo button on top of the BedJet to release the grille. Then just remove the filter, wash under the sink, and replace. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

What if I bought my BedJet on another website?

The BedJet warranty applies only to orders placed through an official BedJet product listing. Please contact us for assistance in verifying your purchase.

Is the BedJet I purchased from Amazon covered by a warranty?

As long as the unit you purchased from Amazon was fulfilled by either Amazon or BedJet (and not a third-party seller), your unit is covered by our 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. To verify your warranty eligibility and/or to make a claim during the 2-year coverage period, please locate your Amazon order number and call (401) 404-5250 or send an email to info@bedjet.com. The Amazon order number should be listed on the order confirmation email you received directly from Amazon.

How do I make a warranty claim for a BedJet purchased through Amazon?

Please locate your Amazon order number (it should be listed on the order confirmation email you received directly from Amazon), and give us a call at (401) 404-5250 or email info@bedjet.com. We will verify your warranty eligibility and remaining coverage, then proceed with any claims for service or replacement.

  • The BedJet 3 comes with a WiFi chip enabled. SmartHome connectivity will be unlocked in a future firmware update.

Yes! Monthly payment plans are available through Affirm and Splitit. Visit our financing page for more information.

What payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, ShopPay, and Google Pay. Monthly payment plans are also available through Affirm and Splitit.

Is a smartphone required to use the BedJet?

BedJet 3: The WiFi setup is optional - the BedJet 3 can function fully right out of the box using the included BedJet 3 Remote. If you prefer using a smartphone app to control your BedJet 3, download our Android app or our iOS app. A smart phone or tablet is required only for initial pairing of the BedJet 3 to your home WiFi network to allow firmware updates.

BedJet V2: A smart phone is not required to use the BedJet V2; a handheld remote is included which allows use of basic functions. To access more functionality including the Biorhythm Sleep Sequence Technology, the Bluetooth Smartphone App is needed.

With single zone units you generally are heating or cooling the whole bed.

What kind of power requirements does the BedJet have?

The smartphone app has regular Bluetooth communication with the unit when the app is awake/running. There is no active Bluetooth connection when your phone is not paired to the BedJet unit.

Is there a 220V international version?

Yes! BedJet 3 220-240V units are available with EU, UK, and AU plug types on our International Shop page. If you have any questions about these units, please send us an email at info@bedjet.com.
