Our 60-Night Risk Free Return Policy

We want you to sleep better, which is why we give you a full 60 nights from your delivery date to make sure the BedJet is right for you. If you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 100% refund on all items returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition.

Please be aware that all refurbished units are final sale and non-returnable. Additionally, original shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable.

BedJet provides Free Return Shipping for all our orders in the USA, Canada, UK, and EU. If you are ordering from outside these specific regions, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, just reach out to our Customer Care team at info@bedjet.com or through our site support page to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. It is important that you do not send your purchase back without this RMA, as it allows our team to track and process your refund.

Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as it's processed so you know exactly when your money is on its way back to your bank.

This refund policy applies only to consumer purchase for residential and home use. Purchase by any commercial entities via their employees or other affiliates are non-refundable unless approved in advance in writing.
