Unlike my iPhone, this does have PHYSICAL buttons which comes very handy to adjust the temperature, especially when I am half asleep.
App doesnt work
I absolutely LOVE the bedjets. My siblings and I have had them for the past couple of years and recently my remote was lost so I figured I could use the app yet half the nights I try to use the app it won't even work, connect, or register the actual bedjet. I tried reaching out to support countless amounts of times and yet I still have not been able to figure out a solution. Also, I didn't really think it was appropriate to spend another $60 damn dollars on a remote when you guys promote the fact that the bedjet should operate by app too with no issues. I'd really appreciate it if someone could email me with some help and shed some guidance.
Worst remote
This remote is overpriced and the absolute easiest one to break. The one I currently have hasn’t been dropped or anything and it used up batteries in 3 days. Now it won’t allow any buttons to work but turbo and heat. I can’t get the app to work and when reaching out previously and providing steps was not given any assistance. So here I am getting ready to buy another ****** overpriced remote.

Excellent remote. Easy to customize - I have 3 settings saved so almost without waking, I can adjust the Bed Jet to the perfect temp/fan speed.
I like having a remote and not having to have e my phone always in hand
