BedJet Installation Guide

BedJet works with any bed!

BedJet installs on any size bed, and any type mattress. Platform, sleigh, waterbed, Japanese futon... we've seen it all! If you don't think a BedJet would work with your bedroom setup, contact us! There's a good chance we've already figured out an alternate installation and can get you set up in just a few minutes.

What's in the box?

Whether you've purchased a new BedJet, a certified refurbished unit, or a Dual Zone System for couples, here's what's included in our famous blue and white box:

BedJet 3 Unit

Air Hose

Nozzle

Mattress Bracket

Smart Remote

2 x AA Batteries

Installation is simple and easy

Once you've unpacked the parts, just click-snap the nozzle onto the hose, and the hose onto the BedJet's air port. Assemble the mattress bracket and slide the paddle underneath your mattress as far as it will go. Gently push the hose into the C-clamp opening, making sure the C-clamp is around the fabric part of the hose, not the plastic cuff. Plug in your BedJet, turn on your remote, and follow the instructions on the remote to pair with your unit.

WiFi setup is optional

As you progress through the BedJet setup with your remote, you will be prompted to connect to WiFi via the BedJet smartphone app to automatically download any firmware updates. Unless you want to control your BedJet with our smartphone app instead of the included remote, this step is optional — the BedJet can perform all functions right out of the box and does not need a WiFi or smartphone connection to operate.

If you prefer to skip this step, just select SKIP on your remote and YES to the question asking if you're sure. If you change your mind, you can always connect to WiFi later through the Android app or iOS app.

Pink tag goes down

If you've also ordered a Cloud Sheet (over 70% of our BedJet owners use one!), make sure to find the pink "THIS SIDE DOWN" tag and ensure it is actually facing down when you put the Cloud Sheet on your bed.

Our Cloud Sheets are 100% cotton, and the underside layer is slightly more porous to allow the airflow within to cool or warm you more effectively — That's why it's important to make sure the sheet is oriented correctly!
