That's why we offer a 60-day Risk-Free Return Guarantee for all new products purchased through BedJet.com, so you can make sure that BedJet is the right fit for you in your own home. If you decide to return within the 60 day period, we want the process to be as hassle-free as possible. Please review the policies below to determine your return eligibility. Note: Certified refurbished units are final sale and not eligible for returns.
For customers within the US, Canada, and the EU:
To start a return for any new BedJet units or accessory products (including Cloud Sheets), please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (401-404-5250) within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. We'll then email you prepaid return shipping labels for your items. Once the items are received back to our warehouse, your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation of the completed return. No restocking fees will be charged as long as everything comes back and nothing is missing or damaged!
For customers outside of the US, Canada, and the EU:
Return shipping for orders outside of the US, Canada, and the EU is not covered by BedJet. To start a return from a location outside of these areas, please contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone (+1 401-404-5250) within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. We will send you further instructions and an address for you to use when shipping the items back to our warehouse.
For order cancellations:
Our fulfillment system is extremely fast which allows us to get orders out as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP so we can try to stop the order before it ships. But even if it does, no worries! We still pay for return shipping (within US, Canada, and the EU) and will make the return just as easy as placing the order.
