60-day no sweat guarantee

Here at BedJet, we understand that everyone sleeps differently. That's why we offer a 60-day Risk-Free Return Guarantee for all new products purchased through BedJet.com, so you can make sure that BedJet is the right fit for you in your own home. If you decide to return within the 60 day period, we want the process to be as hassle-free as possible. Please review the policies below to determine your return eligibility.

Note: Certified refurbished units are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Free return shipping for customers within the USA, Canada, EU, and UK:

To start a return for any new BedJet order, including BedJet Climate Comfort systems, accessory products (such as Cloud Sheets), and PowerLayer Adjustable Bed Frame products, please submit a request through our Support Center, by email (info@bedjet.com), or by phone (+1 401-404-5250) within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. We'll then send you a prepaid shipping label to return the items in your order.

Once the items are received back to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation of the completed return. No restocking fees will be charged as long as nothing is missing or damaged.

For partial returns of a bundled item, the refund amount is based on the items retained. Any bundle pricing or promotional discount will be removed, and retained items will be charged at their individual price, as if purchased separately.

For customers outside of the USA, Canada, EU, and UK:

For orders outside of the USA, Canada, EU, and UK, return shipping is not covered by BedJet. To start a return from a location outside of these areas, please submit a request through our Support Center, by email (info@bedjet.com), or by phone (+1 401-404-5250) within 60 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization. We'll send you instructions, an RMA, and an address to use when shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Once the items are received back to our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation of the completed return. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on the original order.

For order cancellations:

Our fulfillment system is extremely fast, and most orders are processed within 1 business day. Cancellation requests can only be processed prior to the order being released to the carrier, so if you need to cancel, please contact us ASAP. You can submit a cancellation request through our Support Center, by email (info@bedjet.com), or by phone (+1 401-404-5250).

If your order has already shipped by the time we receive your request, no worries! We still pay for return shipping (within the USA, Canada, EU, and UK) and will make the return just as easy as placing the order.
