Amazing Product, Disappointing Customer Service
I absolutely love my BedJet — it's a total game-changer for sleep comfort. The ability to control the temperature of my bed with precision has made a noticeable difference in the quality of my rest. Whether it's cooling off in the summer or warming up during the winter, the BedJet delivers exactly what it promises. That said, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I've reached out with a request, and unfortunately, I’ve received no response. For a company offering such a premium product, I expected better follow-through and support. Overall, I’d still highly recommend the BedJet for its performance, but I hope the company improves its responsiveness to customers. A great product deserves equally great service.
Relief at last
The bedJet has improved my sleep so much! I have terrible hot flashes that leave me and the bed soaked in sweat. I couldn't cuddle with my husband without bursting into flames and drenching us both with my sweat. I turn on the bedjet to a comfortable temp and fan speed before going to sleep. When I get a hot flash, I can turn up the fan speed and drop the temp for as long as I need. The constant air glow prevents me from getting too hot and dries my sweat quickly if my hot flash doesn't wake me up. Best of all, I can cuddle my husband again. I highly recommend getting the remote. It is user friendly and automatically lights up (when you touch it) so you can see to adjust the settings buttons without turning on a light. I also recommend the cloud sheet. It helps keep the cool on my side so my hubby doesn't get too cold. I didn't enjoy the air blowing directly on my legs but with the sheet it doesn't! I LOVE my bedJet and my husband does too. If you are wondering if it is worth it...it totally is!!!
The Sheet Makes All the Difference
I've lived with night sweats for decades. My previous cooling system involved water running beneath me via a mattress pad -- it worked --- until it didn't. Concerns with possible leakage disrupted my sleep as much as the night sweats. So once my second water-based cooling unit malfunctioned -- I retired the units to the trash heap. I was hesitant to try the BedJet system, but the roar of a fan at full speed, coupled with a year-round thermostat setting at 72 degrees was not conducive to maintaining a happy marriage. So I took the leap to the BedJet system and discovered instant relief. I now sleep comfortably throughout the night and I'm not worried about waking to water damage. Unfortunately, I tried using the BedJet prior to my sheet arriving, and my feet nearly froze from the direct exposure to the blower. Once I added the sheet, it made all the difference. Now, an even cooling air flow surrounds me and my hubby throughout the night. Sure, the sheet is pricey -- but, for me, it turned out to be worth every penny.

The BedJet uses the convective method of cooling which is really effective for keeping you cool in bed if your bedroom temperature is 78 degrees and under. It is not a portable air conditioner and not a replacement for no air conditioning super-hot bedrooms (like a 90 degree Arizona summer bedroom with no AC). BedJet uses the cooler air from the floor of your room which is typically a few degrees cooler than your thermostat. When you are in bed you usually feel hot not because your bedroom temperature is too hot, but because your mattress and sheets are trapping your body heat and body moisture. The BedJet convective air circulation gets your body heat out of the bed but also gets rid of the body moisture. This method has turned out to be the most effective of staying cool in bed with bedrooms less than 78 degrees.
