It appears to be built well unfortunately it isn’t all it was advertised. In the advertisement it states it has an app that is compatible with iPhones, but instead I had to use a third party app called TestFlight. I used the app the first night and it worked well but then there was an update and the app stopped working. When I emailed for assistance I was told the app is still in the works, which is very confusing for a person who is not tech savvy. Then when I used the product it didn’t cool as well as it did the prior week. Now I’m unsure of what I purchased.

Have used the BedJet for 3 nights and it has been awesome! I sleep very hot and leave my AC running all night to get down to 68 degrees and decided to give the BedJet a shot. I set it to 100% fan cool and 66 I had to turn it off in the middle of the night because it got that cold!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!!! Now I set up the timer and setting and sleep perfectly. Very excited to use it in the winter and save some electric! Very well protected during shipping and owner seems to actually care about his product. Definitely would recommend to anyone that is looking to improve sleep because of temperature.

I couldn’t be happier with my BedJet. I sleep very hot and find it difficult to get comfortable at night. My wife and I crank the AC and have the fan on high and I still wake up sweating. The BedJet works exactly as advertised where it blows a steady flow of cool air between the sheets and we don’t even use the AC anymore. Haven’t had a chance to try the heat option yet since it’s summer.
First- very easy to order, super quick shipping. Set up was no harder than attaching an accessory to a vacuum cleaner. Second- it’s low profile and whisper quiet. You won’t hear it! Third- if you suffer from night time hot flashes and/or night sweats this will make sleeping SO much easier. Cool moving air surrounds your body and prevents you from waking fully. I just turn and let the cool air dry me off. No more wrestling with the covers And waking up swampy! I sleep so much better since purchasing my BedJet. Pro tip- Buy the cloud sheet, if you don’t, your feet will be colder than the rest of your body.
Amazing! Biorhythms are great to have the bed cooled down right before you get in but not too cold as it blows on you at night. I have a 20lb weighted blanked on the bed and at 100% it lifts it up!
I purchased this product to help combat the extremely hot living conditions in my bedroom. The room was so hot even at night that it was extremely difficult to get a good night’s sleep even with fans blasting on both sides and sleeping on top of the sheets (which I hate not having a heavy blanket on top of me). I know that the product says that the temperature of the room can impact the effectiveness of the bedjet but even still it worked for my purposes. I didn’t have the special sheet that goes with this product at first so I had the hose blowing directly on my toes and I was in heaven because it was an instant cool and the quiet humming was loud enough to serve as an adequate background white noise. Overall I really love the product and am very satisfied. The only thing I have issues with is connecting to the app for this product; that might be user error but I have yet to be able to update the firmware like it keeps prompting me to do. Based on the app reviews however it seems to be a poor app for such a quality product. Please update!
The bed jet works great. I’m pretty disappointed in this remote. There’s no way I’m putting new batteries in this thing every 2 days. I’ve never had a device where I actually feel guilty about how wasteful it is. New batteries in last night, 7 hours later they’re at 50%. Now I make an adjustment, and then take the batteries back out. There’s a display timeout in the remote, but the display never times out. Just stays lit forever until it dies. But 3 days in and my 2nd pair of batteries will probably be dead tomorrow. The device is great, but the experience with swiftly handicapped by this remote inefficiency.
Setting up the remote took a little time. Also, be aware you have to plug the unit directly into the wall (no extension cords!). So, be aware of that with what your home set up is. Outside of that, I’m pleased with our purchase overall. It definitely lifts the blanket, so if you like having the weight on your feet, consider that. I can feel the airflow come out the top of my sheet! I also have a 15 lb weighted blanket I use some days, so was worried it would hinder the airflow. Yah it is a lot less flows, but, it actually still works! I just have to adjust the fan speed higher. But it does work! You also do have to call in if you want the remote program in order to have the bedjet turn off/on by itself. Otherwise it’s off or on. I am very happy with our purchase. I’ve seen cheaper fans that say they do the same thing. But this bedjet has more features that I think make it worth the price difference.
This might be the first review I have ever left. This thing is unbelievable. If your the type of person to be flipping the sheets off of you within 5 minutes of getting into bed, tossing and turning like a fish out of water, get your credit card out. I'm not sure there really is anything better than watching TV at the end of a long hard day, while laying under nice cool sheets. You can actually get it to cold; would have never believed that. I sleep like a baby on a 80 degree night, 75 degree room, with both the sheet and comforter firmly tucked over me. Yes you read that right. Like I said - game changer. I currently have the dual zone cloud sheet and one unit for my side of the bed. Only issue I have is keeping miss thing over on her side. I give it 1-2 months tops and she will have one, Ill even come back and confirm once she does.
I just bought another set of the cloud sheets. The BedJet and cloud sheets are amazing products!!! My husband and I bought the dual-zone king BedJet. He keeps his side warm and I keep my side cool! I used to have to sleep with a fan blowing on me, but that isn’t necessary anymore! The BedJet helps both of us sleep comfortably and at our unique preferred temperatures! We love it and so do our dogs!!!

The Bedjet is awesome . My wife loves it. The only complaint we have is the strong plastic smell it gives off when using it. Hopefully it will go away with use.But right now it really strong.
It is pretty comfortable at night now. Sometimes too much. Only thing I wish is that the Alexa enabled controls were there.
I was having issues sleeping through the night because of hot flashes and the summer heat. Add the fact that I sleep next to someone who is like a space heater; I was waking up every 2 hours. Our a/c and extra fans just didn’t cut it at keeping either of us cool enough to stay asleep in the middle of summer. Looking for a cooling pad or extra fan for our room I came across the bedjet and was instantly intrigued. I ordered one within 15 minutes of finding their website and couldn’t wait to try it. It shipped and arrived much faster than I thought it would and we immediately set it up upon arrival and their customer service is outstanding. The first night we used it we were actually too cold and had to turn the fan down and temperature up. I was shocked at how well it kept us cool(even our dog is happy for the extra coolness). I’ve had the bedjet for a couple of weeks now and it is, by far, one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. My husband and I finally sleep comfortably in the summer.
