Best ever
My wife and I absolutely love our bed Jet, I Wish we would’ve found it years ago, but glad we did now. She suffers a little bit from restless leg syndrome and would have to usually get up in the middle of the night, since we have had the bed jet she has not had to get up. The turbo heat really helps with that issue and over all she likes it a little warmer, I like a little cooler. It has been working great !!! She tells me all the time how much she likes the bed jet. Very high quality product love the separate remotes and all the options that are on it, somebody was thinking when they built this. Thank you
For us, this has been a game changer. Not only do we both get to sleep at a temperature that is most comfortable, but were saving on energy costs for the whole house. We live in the desert where temps can be extreme, and rather than running the AC all night, we now can run our dual zone Bedjets at a significantly lower energy cost. This has been a win/win. We're both happy with it.
It works great, typical wife wants cool and I want warm. It's nice to wake up cold, press a button and get almost instant heat. Same for waking up hot and needing to cool down as it seems I can experience both in the same sleep period. The whole sleep cycle thing seems a little intimidating but nice to know it's there. PS, as for Mcfluffybutt the cat the verdict is still in the making.
Overall great
My main complaint is the gadget that holds the hose isn’t tight enough so my hose keeps sliding down and I have to pull it up on to the bed constantly. Other than that, I do think the product is great when it is working properly.

Leads to Better Sleep
I am huge proponent of good sleep and I prioritize sleep hygiene. Given that I sleep hot and my partner sleeps cold we debated getting separate blankets for the bed but decided to go with a sleep pod instead as we are both shift workers and felt the pod would help with daytime sleep, especially in the hot summer months. We decided on the bed jet due to cost and we knew friends who loved their Bedjet. So far we both like our Bedjet, I wasn’t sure how I would like the set up of the unit with the large hose wrapping around the edge of the bed but so far we haven’t had any problems. All the parts seem to be very well made and I imagine they will be durable. We have a king size bed and I don’t love the two split sheets because they end up overlapping and are oversized so they hang off the bed. If I had a suggestion it would be to make the sheets attach in the centre to keep them more organized on the bed. Because the unit blows air into the sheet and we have a heavier blanket on the bed I do find the sheet doesn’t heat or cool as evenly as I would like but overall it works well. I know my sleep is improved and my HRV has seen a significant increase since using the Bedjet. We have been having an issue using the app and sometimes the Bedjet stops part way through the night which I think is due to Bluetooth connectivity and while using the remote I haven’t had the same issue. Minor complaints aside, I purchased a Bedjet to improve my sleep quality and that is exactly what it has done.
Amazing, BUT
The BedJet itself is fantastic. Lifechanging. Even with AC at full blast, our bedroom is just destined to stay warmer than the rest of the house. I need a cool environment to sleep, and the BedJet delivers. I’ve struggled to find the right setting(s) to be comfortable all night - often I get too cold, but I’m confident I will with time. The only downside, and I consider it a pretty big downside, is the app is tragic. It has the look and feel of something an intern made as a summer project. Not an app that accompanies a $1200 system. The functionality is bad and it glitches constantly. I can still use the BedJet with the remote, but setting custom biorhythmic settings on the remote is cumbersome. They really need a new app, it’s such a bummer to spend so much, have a great product, and then struggle to use it.
Such a problem solver! and excellent customer service to boot
We love love love our Bedjet for couples because it solves the problem of me sleeping too hot while she is too cold. It's really handy both to cool down to fall asleep and also to warm up in the cold mornings. the drying action is also really nice for my normally clammy feet in bed. The customer service is EXCELLENT, so I'm proud to give this small operation my business for creating such a unique and effective product.
Menopause relief
We were skeptical when we first got the bed yet, but I was hopeful that I would get some relief with my hot flashes and night sweats from menopause. It took a bit to get used to how the BedJet works and finding my right bio rhythm. I still am Trying to perfect it, but I definitely have found relief. I struggle a little bit with the automatic/regulated settings based on my room temperature, but I am working through that. We got the dual zone and my husband loves the bed warming feature.
